联合国训练研究所上海国际培训中心( UNITAR CIFAL Shanghai )

联合国训练研究所 (United Nations Institute for Training and Research) , 简称 UNITAR,成立于1963年,目的是培训联合国会员国的年轻外交官的外交知识和技能。CIFAL Shanghai作为UNITAR国际培训中心全球网络 (CIFAL Global Network) 的成员单位,成立于2006年 10 月,是获得中国外交部批复同意,由UNITAR与亚太地区城市信息化合作办公室联合成立。培训中心与联合国相关机构、国际组织、国内外的政府机构、科研院所、知名大学和企业紧密合作,向政府官员和管理者提供系统学习机会,内容涉及联合国可持续发展目标等多个领域。

由聯合國訓練研究所上海國際培訓中心(CIFAL Shanghai)傾情打造面向全體中小學生(K12)的聯合國可持續發展目標主題活動,推出了“全球目標創意挑戰”活動,旨在推動SDG在中小學生中的認知度,激勵學生們觀察世界、關心生活、建立用科技改變未來的社會責任感和使命感。

UNITAR CIFAL Shanghai cooperated with MIYICA to launch「A Students Challenge for the Global Goals」, themed around the 17 SDGs. The activity is targeted to all primary and secondary school students (K-12), with the ultimate purpose to promote SDG among students, to motivate students to observe the world, care about life, build a sense of social responsibility, and appreciate the power of technology and innovation to change the future.

所有7-18歲在校中小學生均可參與全球目標挑戰活動。活動鼓勵學生們發現身邊的問題,發揮自己的無限創意和靈感,像設計師和工程師一樣去設計解決問題的創新方案或創新產品,並向公眾進行清晰地解釋創新過程和工作原理。活動采用過程式評估,重點考察學生發現問題、分析問題、解決問題的創新思維方法和實踐過程中體現的綜合素質。

he Challenge is aimed for all participants (primary and secondary students), who are required to discover and investigate an SDG-related problem, and then use their creativity and technology tools to design a unique and effective solution like designers and engineers do. They will submit documents that not only show their solutions but also the engineering design process they went through. Both will be evaluated as a whole.


所有7-18歲在校中小學生均可參與全球目標挑戰活動。活動鼓勵學生們發現身邊的問題,發揮自己的無限創意和靈感,像設計師和工程師一樣去設計解決問題的創新方案或創新產品,並向公眾進行清晰地解釋創新過程和工作原理。活動采用過程式評估,重點考察學生發現問題、分析問題、解決問題的創新思維方法和實踐過程中體現的綜合素質。

在2024年3月23日“世界氣象日”到來之際,世界氣象組織(WMO)剛剛發布了最新的《全球氣候狀況》報告。”To coincide with World Meteorological Day on 23 March 2024, the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) has just released its latest State of the Global Climate report.”

聯合國秘書長古特雷斯將此稱之為地球發出的“求救信號”,氣候變化損害了幾乎所有的可持續發展目標,並呼籲各國領導人立即采取行動,為人類和地球築起最後的生命線。而他也表示:科學是解決方案的核心

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has called it a “distress signal from the Earth,” saying that climate change is damaging almost all of the Sustainable Development Goals and urging leaders around the world to take immediate action to build the final line of life for humanity and the planet. And he also said: Science is at the core of the solution.

青少年們可以做些什麼來應對氣候變化?有什麼辦法可以中止對環境產生破壞作用?怎樣更高效准確地利用新興能源?如何利用科學技術來解決我們遇到的問題,保障可持續發展?

What can teenagers do to combat climate change? Is there any way to stop damaging the environment? How can new energy sources be used more efficiently and accurately? How can science and technology be used to solve our problems and ensure sustainable development?

SDG全球目標創意挑戰活動2024 正式啟動! A Students Challenge For The Global Goals 2024 is officially launched!

2024活動主題 Activity Theme:氣候變化和能源 Climate change and Energy

  1. 參與資格 Eligibility

Open to all students aged 7-18, divided into two age groups: 7-12, 13-18

Students can participate individually or in a team of at most 4 people; the eldest one in the team determines the age group; each student is only allowed to enter one project

Students should maintain the highest standards of honesty and integrity. Fraudulent projects, such as plagiarism, forgery, use of presentation of other researcher’s work as one’s own, and fabrication of data, will fail to qualify.

  1. 項目類別 Project Categories

項目分為兩個類別 Two categories of projects are accepted:

A tangible device or application that has been constructed and has come, if not all, of the functions and capabilities that might actually be used in the real world. This category applies to all age groups.

A detailed design of a device, product, or system to solve a real-world problem, but due to constraints in time, resources, or simply students’ technical capability, is still a plan on paper. This category only applies to age group 7-12.

Students may scan the following QR code to complete the registration process. After the preliminary review of the entries by the organizing committee, the list of finalists will be confirmed, and the shortlisted projects will undergo further presentation and expert defense.

活動亮點 Activity Highlights

學生收獲 What students gained/learned?

通過活動深入認識和探究全球17個可持續發展主題,設計和制作創新性的解決方案。

Through the program, students deepened their understanding and exploration of the 17 UN   Sustainable Development Goals by designing and creating innovative solutions.

獲獎者將獲得由UNITAR CIFAL Shanghai頒發的聯合國可持續發展官方證書。

Winner will be awarded an official UN certificate for Sustainable Development issued by UNITAR CIFAL Shanghai.

通過設計完成創新作品的全過程,培養學生自主思考、克服困難、團隊合作、表達分享、解 決問題的綜合能力。By completing the innovative work from design to completion, students cultivated comprehensive abilities such as independent thinking, overcoming difficulties, team collaboration, expression and sharing, and problem solving.

獲獎學生和指導教師將有機會拜訪聯合國,受邀參加遊學和可持續發展相關論壇及活動。優 秀學生將獲得聯合國訓練研究所上海國際培訓中心的推薦信,為未來申請名校添磚加瓦。

Winning students and advising teachers will have the opportunity to visit the UN, and be invited to participate in educational trips and sustainable development forums and activities. Outstanding students will receive a letter of recommendation from the Shanghai International Training Centre of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research, which will support their applications to top universities in the future.

比賽日程 Agenda:

2024年12月10日晚12:00提交截止 Submission deadline at 12:00 pm on December 10, 2024

對學生提交材料進行在線評審,評出入圍項目和團隊/個人,發郵件通知在線答辯的具體安排。

Online evaluation will be conducted on student submitted materials to select shortlisted projects and teams/individuals, and specific arrangements for online defense will be notified via email.

決賽將邀請在科技行業、創新教育和可持續發展等領域的專家,同入圍學生進行在線答辯,最終確定所有獎項名單。未能參加在線答辯的學生將被視為放棄比賽,無緣獎項。

The finals will invite experts in the fields of technology, innovative education, and sustainable development to participate in online defense with the shortlisted students, and ultimately determine the list of all awards. Students who fail to participate in the online defense will be deemed to have forfeited the competition and will not be eligible for the award.

The list of winners will be announced on the CIFAL official website http://www.cifalshanghai.org/ SDG.K12 Project Official Website https://www.imakeedu.com/sdgk12 and Macao International Youth Innovation and Creativity Association  www.miyica.org.

頒獎典禮計劃於暑期在聯合國機構進行。獲獎學生將由聯合國機構官員親手頒發獲獎證書並合影留念。頒獎典禮將進行網絡直播。無法參加頒獎典禮的的學生,將會通過郵寄獲得證書。

The award ceremony is scheduled to be held at a United Nations agency during the summer. The award-winning students will receive their award certificates personally by officials from United Nations agencies and take a group photo as a souvenir. The award ceremony will be live streamed online. Students who are unable to attend the award ceremony will receive their certificates by mail.
